Close Call?

It was Tuesday, 25 Mac 2008..

As usual, before going to work.. I will send Adam to Ashraf's Auntie A.K.A Mami Tipah at Jelutong..

But half way... I noticed the car temperature indicator was high... As I drive an old satria, I tought this was another defect that resulted from old age... So I "bang" the car dashboard several times but still the indicator remained high...Huh!

Then I heard a siren-'ish' sound.. I turned off the radio to see whether it came from my car and indeed it did.. Ceh..Pehal lak dah.... So I decided to stop at Giant parking lot and phoned my hubby... he asked me to wait there but I told him I wanted to drive home as the indicator was not that high anymore. He agreed but reminded me if the indicator went high again I should stop.

I tought it would be okay but at a trafic light stop, the indicator went high again and the siren-ish sound became louder... I was nervous but managed to kept cool. Furthermore Adam was right beside me.. He was the major factor that kept me cool actually... heh..my hero.. Seb baik tak buat perangai langsung pagi tuh.. huh.. Oh yeah.. I did not manage to go home but stopped at a restaurant instead... I quickly get out and saw smokes coming up... Huh.. Pas tuh as fast as I could - get Adam out and get away from the car..

Cut the story short...Not long after that, my hubby came and picked us up....yay!!! wat a relief!!

heheh... close call??? nah... Just a minor freak 'situation' nothing to be panicking about... but mind you - it would have been major if I did not notice the temperature indicator.. I usually dont give it a damn.. but yeah.. that morning luckily I did..

Aiyah.... I'm soooooo look like a 'makcik' right now... with tired eyes and tembam body aka FAT... I need to DIET people!! HEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPP....... *** opppsss off topic! hehehhe
